Microsoft has officially announced the end of Outbound Marketing on June 30th 2025. (Link)
This is somehow the final stop for the Outbound module after more than 5 years since the re-launch of Dynamics Marketing as a competitive (CRM) Marketing tool. Microsoft offers a request form on their website for customers who absolutely need access to Outbound after June 2025: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbRx9hKzbxKylJoglpY8Wxi6JURDNZSTgyUVFWUjJNSTlZMVpNUkNET1hFSi4u&route=shorturl But to be honest, this option will not last forever. At some point, Outbound will be removed for everyone to free capacity and resources for the Real-time platform.
Actual status
Here is a brief summary including my daily work experience which parts of Outbound can be transferred to Real-time easily and which may need further attendance or specific workarounds:

Journeys | 95% | Does not cover all action steps from Outbound. But it allows workarounds and connections to Power Automate Flows. |
Consent | 100% | Centralised consent with the option to transfer the Outbound values. Huge game changer for all customers. |
Lead Scoring | 80% | Still some minor issues with the engine itself and incomprehensible restrictions (Limited rules, Qualification model). |
Event Management | 50% | Basic event management with Marketing forms and registration management is possible in Real-time. But still no replacement for the Event Portal in sight. |
Social Posts | 0% | Not supported in Real-time |
Marketing pages | 0% | Not supported in Real-time |
LinkedIn Lead Gen | 0% | Not supported in Real-time (right now) |
